Be proactive or passive student? That’s your choice!

One of the aspects that involve in education is the role of teachers that charge in the different part.  And now to get a good teacher is not a trivial problem. We need teachers who can act well in all of part that they control. So now, must we classify our teacher?

First of all, we must have same standard for our teacher in Indonesia. The proportion that given by the teacher in each school must be same, whether the school in the village or in the town. Then, let’s we see the fact about teacher. The index achievement for every teacher is different. The level of teacher achievement is different. It’s mean that the ability about the lesson they have is different as their material to teach. Then, not only from the index achievement we can grade our teacher but also we can grade our teacher from their teaching experience. Longer their teaching experience of teaching, the more mastery of the knowledge they have. Then, the method or the way they teach their student can become the one of the reason to classify the teacher to make a balance proportion standard education.

But, classified our teacher is not the best way to get a good quality of teacher. All of teacher have their own way to teach and their creativeness to teach is different. The student must become a proactive student to fulfill their needed about lesson. And the important thing is we are not polite to classify our teacher. They have their own way to teach. And we cannot classify base on the index achievement because their knowledge will always develop day by day.

The other reason for not grade teacher is they have same standard in their own university to be a teacher. They have standard passing grade to be a teacher in a university either in the school they will teach. For example, to be a civil employee, they must pass the test that held by the education government.

So now, if you are a good student who conscious to improve your ability in the lesson just be proactive student and just enjoy the way your teacher to teach or just become passive student that only sue the teacher to complete your needed. That’s your choice.
